It's Traditional Tuesday at Passerelle Bistro! Join us this winter as we feature a different Traditional French dish for $20 every Tuesday evening, beginning in February and lasting through the middle of March. We'll be featuring $6 wines by the glass to pair with our Tuesday feature - it's a perfect mid-week date night!

February 12th - Salmon en Papillote: salmon, marble potatoes, radish, kale, cherry tomatoes steamed in a pouch with horseradish and herb carrot butter

February 19th - Blanquette de Porc: slow roasted Boston butt rolled with garlic and herbs, seared, served in cream sauce with roasted onion, dandelion greens, cremini mushroom, pickled yellow beet

February 26th - Bouillabaisse: flounder, mussels, shrimp, poached in saffron tomato broth and served with roasted red pepper rouille and toast 

March 5th - Tartiflette au Duck Confit: confit duck leg and thigh, lardons and potatoes shingled, topped with Brie and baked. Served with pickled pear

March 12th - Loupe de Mer and Shrimp Bourride: Salmon and Shrimp Poached in a creamy Fennel Brodo with Marbled Potatoes, Carrots and toasted Coriander. Finished with Lemon and Mint Aioli with Toast.
